Jay C. Ackley, President & Chief Executive Officer
Jay is a seasoned Profit & Loss manager with 30 years of
experience in corporate development, managing companies with annual
revenues exceeding $100 million. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Engineering from the University of Washington and has
been employed with K&H since 1994.
Steven J. Hopp, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial
Officer
Steve is a highly experienced attorney with more than 30 years of
practice in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, taxation
and regulatory compliance. He is listed in Who's Who in America,
Best Lawyers in America and has received the Washington Super
Lawyer Award for ten consecutive years. Steve holds degrees of
Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington, Juris Doctor
from Lewis & Clark College and Master of Laws from University
of Florida. Most recently the Managing Partner of Carney, Badley,
Spellman in Seattle, WA, he has been counsel to K&H ownership
since 1995 and joined the K&H leadership team in
2010.
Dave Haines, Senior Vice President & Chief Technology
Officer
Dave has a keen understanding of the technological changes that
are shaping the industry and the evolution necessary for K&H
Clients to take advantage of those changes. He began his tenure
with K&H in sales and progressed into management before
strengthening his expertise in data management, systems networking
and technology development. Dave is a 1978 graduate of Western
Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic
Arts and has been employed with K&H since 1979.
Rob Haines, Senior Vice President & General
Manager
Rob has overall responsibility for the facility and staff
resources utilized to execute our stringent procedures and
protocols. His expert mechanical and systems knowledge is utilized
to assure staff readiness and reliability of production processes.
Rob has been instrumental in developing many of our quality
assurance systems and processes since his employment with K&H
in 1968.
Chris Berger, Plant Manager
Chris began his career in printing as an apprentice pressman in
1974. During his 21-year tenure with K&H, he has progressed
from lead pressman to his current position as Plant Manager after a
succession of leadership positions in offset production and
bindery. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts, Magna Cum
Laude, earned at the University of Washington in 1995.
Rob Hayden, Plant Production & Staff Manager
Rob began his career in printing as an apprentice bindery machine
operator in 1986 after service in the US Army. 25 years of
experience have led to primary responsibilities such as planning,
scheduling and staffing. Mr. Hayden also manages the planning,
deployment and training of K&H's Print MIS systems. Rob has
been employed by K&H since 2006. Rob communicates and
facilitates future and current production responsibilities to all
manufacturing divisions of K&H.
Chanelle
Shore, Elections Operations Manager
& Senior Election Manager
Chanelle is responsible for managing IVS election resources and
coordination of the delivery teams for all Public and Private
Sector election projects. She has a 30-year foundation in
administrative and customer services and direct IVS experience in
on-site Private Sector election management. Chanelle has been
employed with K&H since 1996.
Brandon J
Ackley, Director of Business Development

Mr. Ackley is directly involved in solutions development for data
driven communications clients. These solutions require zero defect
production related to PPI and HIPAA compliance. His talents
have been utilized towards staff growth and retention through
development, corporate acquisition, national sales, production and
operational workflow, profitability analytics, and division
management. Brandon has also been our Logistics Manager and
Workflow Analyst, investing time in furthering lean practices for
K&H. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Kinesiology, Presidential Honor Roll, earned at Washington State
University. He is also an Eagle Scout, having been employed with
K&H since 2005.
Phil Bower, Senior
Program Engineer
Mr. Bower has been in the printing industry
since 1987 and collected over 20 years of operational experience
centered on engineering and manufacturing. Since his beginnings
with K&H in 2006, he has been focused on business development
for local and national accounts. Phil is a 1989 graduate of Mt.
Hood Community College with a degree in graphic
communication.
Tim
Williams, Marketing & Data Strategist
Mr. Williams joined K&H in 2009 bringing
over 22 years of media, marketing, and business development
experience. Tim implemented many successful programs for local and
national accounts. At the Seattle Times he started a direct
marketing agency that grew into a multi-million dollar
business. While at Renewal by Andersen-Seattle, as their
Director of Marketing, he managed lead generation using all forms
of media. His work resulted in a national marketing award,
"Best-of-the-Best". Tim attended Shoreline Community College
and the University of Puget Sound; business marketing.
