Mailing and security
Our 70,000 square foot plant includes a large mailing facility
with laser addressing, inkjet addressing, folding, tabbing,
intelligent inserter, and more. We also offer direct entry to USPS,
mail co-mingling, perfect match mail prep, hand assembly, barcode
reading and metering, and live stamping. And because we are
responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our
customers' lists, we are extremely mindful of security.
When it comes to mail, K&H delivers
We're used to massive quantities and exacting
standards. After all, we routinely print huge volumes of materials
with complete accuracy. These same capabilities work for you after
printing too, as we manage your mailing. From secure data

Database management
We offer services ranging from managing your database to simply
cleaning it and CASS certifying it for mailing discounts. Databases
can be as simple as a mailing list or as complex as your complete
inventory system.
We also help with data capture using a proprietary application
we developed as part of our database services. This data collection
system allows for unlimited gathering, sorting and management of
important information about your audience, activities, and
inventories so your one-to-one message can be specifically tailored
to every member of your target audience.
Fulfillment
K&H has a complete in-house fulfillment department with
automated systems for pick orders, packing lists, invoicing and
more. And with over 15,000 square feet of warehousing space, we can
do pick-and-pack fulfillment or we can manufacture and fulfill
just-in-time.
